We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team and help with office operations. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. We need your expertise, leadership, and integrity in running daily office activities

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage positive customer relationships.
- Answer inbound telephone calls and create a positive customer experience for new prospects and existing customers.
- Daily financial entries and bookkeeping. Help with reporting and financial decisions.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online software.
- Develop and implement organized filing systems and also set up new systems as needed.
- Enter customer information, manage, and maintain company CRM system.
- Have a working knowledge of the business and be able to confidently answer prospect and customer questions.
- Prepare all functions of payroll, including processing, reporting, and proper document retention.
- Schedule company installations and maintain customer communications.
- Refine and develop new office systems as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office operations or other related fields.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online software.
