Help build the software that changes the waste industry! As an Implementation manager, you will be part of the onboarding and customer success team at CurbWaste. You will help ideate and build the onboarding tools and processes to propel our growth. This is an exciting role for a hungry and customer centric individual to come in and lead the major process development in the rapidly growing startup. What You'll Do:
- Serve as a process and workflow focused point of contact for a cohort of customers during their implementations of CurbWaste and WeighWorks Software
- Prepare, update, and manage project management materials
- Coordinate and/or implement customers’ data migrations, accounting migrations, and third-party integrations
- Keep all customers within your cohort on track to go-live within their agreed-upon schedule
- Manage various forms of risk that would prevent customers from going live
- Lead trainings and offer additional insights to help customers get the most out of CurbWaste and WeighWorks
- Host open office hours, 1:1 meetings, and group check-in calls with your assigned customers
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to supporting CurbWaste, WeighWorks, and integrated applications
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Developers, and Technical Support

What You'll Need:
- Self starter and accountability to work hard in a startup environment
- Critical thinking skills with experience in troubleshooting software issues a plus
- Experience within or of the Waste Management industry a plus
- Exceptional project management skills; Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple moving pieces at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Exceptional customer relationship skills and a clear view on what constitutes excellent customer service
- Ability to transform data for customers coming from other software or pen and paper
- Ability to solve complex problems and translate them in easy to understand terms
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and Project Management Methodology
- 2 years in SaaS implementation a plus
- Familiarity with GuideCX, Jira, Hubspot and Excel a plus
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
