We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Lead QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, lead an international team, and contribute significantly to our success.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of overseas QA engineers, providing guidance in best practices.
Develop and implement automation strategies and scripts for efficient QA processes.
Oversee and participate in various testing activities, including regression testing, backward compatibility testing, feature testing, and release management.
Ensure the quality and reliability of software releases.
Collaborate closely with development teams in India and Vietnam, requiring flexibility in working hours.
Monitor systems and applications, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in QA methodologies and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Extensive experience in QA automation, scripting, monitoring, and release management.
Proficient in database technologies, particularly PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Familiarity with Node.js and Python (high-level knowledge preferred but not mandatory).
Experience with AWS, Aurora PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
Strong understanding of software development and QA processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor overseas teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to work extended hours and coordinate with teams across different time zones.
