What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Analyst (Remote Capable) position at CURO Financial Technologies Corporation?
As the Treasury Analyst, you will facilitate company-wide cash functions across the United States and Canada, including determining daily global cash positions, opening bank accounts, preparing payments and administering bank access entitlements for all users. You will be responsible for facilitating Visa and AMEX card programs and evaluating and recommending store cash target levels in the U.S. and Canada
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for maintaining the treasury workstation to ensure efficient use of capabilities related to transactional reporting, cash forecasting, etc.
- Provide periodic reports and related expert advice to management team on a variety of Treasury matters
- Manage bank account database, account schematics and ensures all accounts are up to date
- Manage and analyze bank and processor activity for both U.S. and Canada; make recommendations for enhanced services and identify savings opportunities
- Oversee process for establishing vault services, armored car services, debit card merchant services and ACH processing capabilities
- Provide expert advice to store personnel for all locations in the United States and Canada regarding banks and armored carriers, and serve as liaison for cash management related issues
- Manage and oversee T&E Concur database including administering access to both U.S. and Canada employee personnel, analyzing monthly spend, prepare month-end reporting and reconciliations, etc
- Assist Treasury Manager with SOX and debt compliance reporting initiatives
- Responsible for compliance of banking systems, access, and procedures
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related field from an accredited college or university
- 3 years of prior experience in Treasury or similar role
- Working knowledge of banking products and services
- Excellent communication skills with acute attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to problem solve
- Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- CTP preferred
