Salary: $40,000-$74,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the state average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
All full-time employees are also eligible for the following benefits: Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages.

- Manages the growth and development of the branch by managing budgets, executing marketing plans, build relationships with our retailers, and managing the daily activities of the staff
- Participates in the interviewing and selection of branch hires
- Train and develop new hires and existing Team Members to meet branch goals and readying them for a future career path
- Manage and provide guidance on new and refinanced loans
- Proactively manage delinquent accounts by consulting with customers on loan payments for past due accounts
- Provide a high level of customer service and responds to customer concerns
- High School Degree or equivalent, 2-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Higher education such as Associate or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the consumer lending or banking industry
- Skilled in sales and/or knowledge of sales development strategies
- Ability to delegate, motivate, and lead team to achieve branch goals
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time
