The HRIS Manager will be responsible for our HR Information System; we use Workday. You will lead the project management and oversight of all HRIS-related projects including all integrations and Workday improvements.
\n- Identify and clarify business requirements and configure to meet business objectives
- Operate as Tier 3 support for the HRIS team and assist team members where needed
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders
- Partner with stakeholders to review and prioritize system enhancement request
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to constant improve the employee experience
- Pursue continuous improvement in business processes, integration, automation, and user experience
- Ownership of planning and release strategies for Workday semi-annual releases as well as new features, enhancements, and bug fixes by the team
- Document and maintain business processes
- Supports the implementation of key talent processes including performance management, merit cycle
- Facilitate system audits using external vendor
- Project manage and develop the roadmap for the HRIS Team
- Provide Workday knowledge to the team as needed
- Manage a team of two to set proper expectations to the team and business
- Manage external vendor relationships and contracts
- Lead resource assignment for all HRIS projects
- 5 years of HRIS experience
- 3 years of Workday experience
- At least 1 year of management experience in an HRIS environment
- Project management skills to help manage workload
- Patient attitude towards teams and willingness to partner
- Experience in supporting ticket requests internally
- Experience working with external HRIS vendors as needed
- Experience managing HRIS consultants and contractors
- Experience managing or implementing HRIS integrations
- Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or HR background
- Effective and collaborative communication skills to provide excellent customer service
- Advanced knowledge of Workday; understanding future opportunities for improvement
- Superb attention to detail and able to deliver results in a fast paced environment
