Operations Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing the day-to-day operations and serving as a primary point of contact at our Orlando office and virtually supporting other locations
- Provides support for company mailings, communications, and events
- Managing office organizational systems and processes, with a continuous interest in researching and identifying, and implementing efficiencies
- Coordinating contract signatures, file management, and providing logistical support to the team
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
- Experience working with Microsoft Office/Office 365 and Google suite
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Must have a roll up your sleeves and lets get the job done right type attitude
- Demonstrated qualities of integrity, credibility, and professional responsibility
- A willingness to contribute to our culture which thrives on building trust and holding one another accountable
- 1 year of office administration, operations coordination or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to commute to office. Initially will be a work-from-home role, but transition into an office position.
- Proven history of work ethic with goals for advancement.
- Someone who absolutely loves the product/service we deliver.
- An infectious and positive attitude that adds to the tone of our team.
- Must be able to start immediately
- Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Salary : $29,300 - $37,100
