Job Description
The HR internship provides a student with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the employee lifecycle. The HR intern can be expected to streamline processes, learn how to pursue change across different populations, prepare data/presentations for various audiences, and be able to gain professional skills and experience.
The position is onsite Monday – Thursday in Greenville, SC.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up Current University - Create a master library of training content for all new hires in the Current onboarding experience
- Brand Awareness & Talent Attraction Campaign: Develop content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and more) that attracts candidates.
- Engagement: Design, launch and analyze pulse surveys
- Career Lattices: Design, socialize and ready career lattices depicting key competencies, skills and experiences needed and the opportunities for future assignments, special projects and roles within the organization
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Expectations: The intern will be expected to work full-time at 32 hours/week and will be compensated on an hourly basis.
Qualifications
- Student must be 18 years of age by the start of the summer internship assignment
- Prior internship experience preferred
- Student must be enrolled in an accredited university working towards a Bachelor’s or related degree (e.g. Management, Sales, Business Management, etc.)
- Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Digitally saavy
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-driven, accuracy, thoroughness and timeliness
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Able to work in the US indefinitely and without restriction
