Job Description
The Project Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting our agents and spec sales staff with quote/pricing requests, project/order coordination through the facility and troubleshoots product issues in the field.
- Learn company’s products and services and stay abreast of any changes.
- Provide excellent and consistent level of support service to clients, including architectural representatives, distributors, contractors, end users, resellers and outside sales staff by providing help and advice to customers on the company’s products or services.
- Assist in organizing the department to meet company goals.
- Help create a focused, energetic team with positive attitudes to handle daily communication with customers by telephone and e-mail.
- · Interact with agents and spec sales team to ensure excellent, timely, and accurate customer service and support.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and/or problems
Qualifications
- Previous experience with customer service and office functions
- Familiarity with key concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and client relations skills
- Must have ability to effectively handle customer frustrations in a professional manner
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities; strong prioritization skills
- Must be a strong team player with a positive, professional “can do” attitude
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel; experience working with internet, data entry systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong desire to achieve and execute continual improvement
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is 38,000-52,000.
