- Prepare and cook menu items as per banquet event orders
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage inventory levels and assist Executive Chef in ordering supplies as needed
- Oversee kitchen operations during banquet events
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
*Requirements*
- Proven experience working in a kitchen, preferably in a banquet or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs effectively
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Proficiency in kitchen management and operations
- Certification in food handling or culinary arts is a plus

Pay: $20.00 per hour
