Job Title: Service Parts Clerk
Job Duties:
1. Assist technicians by researching parts requested.
2. Fulfill order request for service, warranty and retail customers.
3. Work with multiple suppliers and manufactures in acquiring original equipment.
4. Perform shipping and receiving duties.
5. Inventory control to include but not limited to product removal and addition to inventory.
Qualifications:
1. Recreational Vehicle parts knowledge with retail experience.
2. Excellent customer service and employee relation skills.
3. Administrative skills with focus on time management, verbal and written communication.
4. Well organized and attention to detail.
5. Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs for a short distance.
6. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, which includes testing for marijuana.
Physical & Mental Requirements:
Able to lift and carry 50lbs for short distances. Able to carry product upstairs and ladders. Stand or sit for long periods of time. Must be able to work minimum 40 hours a week. Able to use hand truck/dolly, pallet jack, golf cart, and be trained to operate a fork truck.
Able to handle stress. Computer knowledgeable to include but not limited to researching product and communication through email. Able to perform basic math. Able to read and understand instruction and communicate what was read.
Environmental & Working Conditions:
Primarily will perform tasks indoors in a climate-controlled building. Occasionally required to work outdoors in multiple weather conditions.
Standing on a hard, even surface. Sitting at a counter or desk. Occasionally fast pace with machine and small hand tool noise.
