Machine Shop Supervisor
As a Machine Shop Supervisor, you will have responsibility to oversee and coordinate activities of a manufacturing team responsible for all machining and related manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include supervising, training and mentoring team members, verifying machine set-ups and coordinating timely completion of machining and related tasks. Also responsible for recommending and executing improvement to existing processes and procedures.

Your Challenge:
- Develops machine shop procedures in coordination with company standards and objectives.
- Prioritizes and maintains work schedules based on production deadlines and ensures deadlines are met.
- Periodically checks machining operations to ensure operations are working to tolerance.
- Maintains a reporting system that reflects schedules, performance, and procedures.
- May make budgetary recommendations for capital expenditures and manpower for machine shop area.
Your Expertise:
- 4-6 years of experience in similar field
- Experience in G Code Programming
- Expert in Inspection
- Mechanical Aptitude
