As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be pivotal in strategizing, managing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest, Display networks, and more. You will lead the creation, planning, and testing of campaigns, aiming to maximize our return on ad spend (ROAS) and increase our website's conversion rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our CEO to define our paid performance strategy, including budget allocation, campaign planning, and setting KPIs and targets for each marketing channel.
- Take the reins of our digital media buying and optimization, primarily focusing on Facebook, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok. Your goal? Driving strong growth while ensuring customer acquisition at target costs.
- Work closely with our in-house creative teams to hypothesize, analyze, and improve our ad creatives, unlocking higher ROAS and optimizing campaign performance.
- Champion experimentation, always looking for opportunities to test and learn, and fine-tuning our strategies for maximum impact.
- Identify new digital media opportunities to expand our reach and achieve our ambitious targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, product, customer care, and operations, to align marketing initiatives with our broader strategies.
- Conduct conversion optimization experiments to improve website performance and increase conversion rates.
- Utilize SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor and manage social media channels to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in digital performance marketing, with a strong focus on Facebook and Google platforms.
- Proven track record of managing significant digital marketing budgets across multiple channels, the optimizing allocation for maximum impact throughout the marketing funnel.
- Experience driving aggressive growth metrics and achieving exceptional results.
- Deep expertise in managing ads across Facebook and Google, leveraging these platforms to fuel exponential growth.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional data manipulation and analytics skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities, both strategically and tactically, backed by quantitative insights.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to test and iterate new ad concepts is highly desired.
- Familiarity with other digital and traditional media planning and buying is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver high-quality work with speed.
