What you will do?
- Perform preventative and some reactive maintenance on building HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
- Work with outside vendors to solve larger problems that we decide to outsource.
What do you need?
- Commercial building maintenance experience preferred.
- Exposure/experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical preferred.
- Experience working with BAS (building automation systems) is a plus.
- If you have any kind building maintenance experience we’d still love to speak with you.
- If you are a veteran or a trade school graduate, we’d love to speak with you.
