Graphic Designer - Capital Markets TeamAs a key member of the Americas Property Marketing Center of Excellence (COE), the Graphic Designer on the Capital Markets team is responsible for the development of marketing materials to effectively showcase and market investment properties for sale.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Executes the strategic vision of property marketing collateral as requested by fee-earners, Marketing partners and COE team leadership
- Responsible for providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work under tight deadlines
- Design and format marketing materials including property brochures, offering memorandums, email blasts, brokers opinion of values (BOV), presentations, and other graphics in a highly efficient manner
- Comfortable developing bespoke brand styles and visual designs as well as working on templated deliverables
- Oversee all creative aspects of production and quality control, communicating progress to Marketing Specialists and liaising with Marketing leadership as needed
- Demonstrate a high level of production skill and understanding of the creative process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in professional services graphic design.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong capability to work efficiently and independently to maintain high quality in a high-volume department.
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative but works well in group environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including marketing collateral and long format design.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $78,000
