What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Specialist position at Custom Beverage Concepts?
Custom Beverage Concepts, Inc. is seeking an IT & Network Specialist to manage our growing company systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Securing, implementing and maintaining an ERP/ WMS system for a manufacturing environment
- Oversee the transfer of data from current system to new
- Install and configure physical servers, ensuring hardware compatibility
- Optimize ERP performance and train company staff on system functions
- Monitor and manage backup and recovery strategies
- Manage and maintain company MS365 environment
- Perform routine system updates, patches and upgrades
- Document network configurations, server setups and troubleshooting procedures
The right candidate will have:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of professional IT department/ organization experience
- Experience in presenting to senior management and/ or external clients
- Managing and prioritizing IT needs of multiple EDI components across client base
- Working knowledge of current cyber security protocols
This is an in-person position at our facility in Tallapoosa, GA.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
