Custom Computer Specialists is looking for an Associate Systems Engineer to join our team at one of our client sites in Seaford NY!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform configurations/troubleshooting and adjustments on infrastructure (virtualized environment, windows servers, end-points)
- Coordinates issue resolution and initiatives between various groups to ensure flawless and timely execution.
- Enterprise security for Windows Environment and end-point strategy, execution, maintenance and ongoing review.
- Maintain IT toolset including but not limited to: Server health monitoring, Inventory management, Patching/Patch status, end-point imaging and management, Antivirus, SCCM, etc.
- Delegate assignments to technician staff.
- Assist in training and mentoring IT staff in technical and staff development areas.
- Document and assign tickets to technicians for further support.
- Deskside support as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Azure / Office 365 certifications preferred.
- VMWare certifications preferred.
- In depth knowledge of troubleshooting/deploying Windows Server is required.
