Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Facilitate the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Posting open positions via Applicant Tracking Systems 
• Screen applications/resume to select candidates for hiring manager review
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Partner with Hiring Managers to fully understand their talent needs and position requirements
• Preparing and maintaining job descriptions and 
• Maintain recruiting metrics and evaluate to optimize success
• Participating in interviews as required and assisting staff members in identifying and creating job related interview questions
• Participating in development and assist in execution of orientation/onboarding programs 
• Developing and maintaining good relationships with recruitment resources
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Support various locations/hiring managers throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
1 to 5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing professional salaried positions in a manufacturing environment
Ability to travel between locations 25% of the time
Commitment to upholding company culture and values
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic and personal accountability
