Come Grow with US! After over 30 years in business, we are excited to be expanding into the Hilliard market and are looking for a Client Specialist. This position is responsible for the management, growth, and satisfaction of clients. We consider our Client Specialist to be a talent acquisition and management subject matter expert. Primary responsibilities include identifying customer's staffing needs, providing talent management advice to customers, prescreening applicants, interviewing candidates, making hiring decisions, coaching and counseling employees, and handling customer inquiries and issues.
Essential Functions:
- Acts as the primary liaison between Custom Staffing and the Customer. Responsible for growing relationships and creating new opportunities with assigned accounts.
- Communicates with customers by phone, email, or in person and receives orders, enters and maintains data and all pertinent activity in our ATS for applicants, orders, and clients.
- Oversees and responds to concerns regarding the employee's performance for the customer, including counseling/disciplining, termination and removal from the job assignment.
- Independently follows up with clients with a high sense of urgency to deliver information (ie: call offs, rosters, etc.)
- Self-sufficiently resolves customer complaints in an effective manner.
- Identifies and works to resolve customer/applicant related issues with a high sense of urgency, while consistently looking for opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Visits client companies, tours their place of business and maintains a high level of rapport with clients, staffing and applicants.
- Works with the branch team to develop recruiting strategies and campaigns to attract and retain talent.
