CCS Answer National is an inbound call center, providing Telephone Operator services to various companies in various industries. With over 45 years of experience operating within the call center space and answering service solution industry.
Part time and Full time: Positions available between the hours of6:00 AM – 11:00 PM daily. We provide operator answer services 24/7/365 including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Approximately 20 - 25 hours a week minimum and up to 40 hours per week.
Job Description:
As a Telephone Operator, job duties include answering incoming calls for a large variety of companies, including medical offices, law offices, and many more! As the voices for those companies, we maintain a polite and professional demeanor while taking care of the needs of the caller. We are currently looking to expand our team with friendly and reliable answering service agents to handle inbound calls for our clients and our client’s callers. This is not a telemarketing or sales position.
