Job Description
Under the directions of the Regional Sales Manager, the ASM is responsible for meeting or exceeding their revenue targets each quarter, while staying in compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct and Sales Compliance Certification.
Qualifications
Duties and Responsibilities:
This role will incorporate – but not be limited to – the following:
- Drive the success and growth of your sales region by generating leads vigorously and effectively;
- Meet with prospective and existing customers to provide product demonstrations and close on all products confidently;
- Cultivate early customer relationships for all Cutera products;
- Participate in 3-5 weekly phone calls with Country Sales Manager, PDM, JTM (call objectives clearly outlined), including weekly sales funnel review.
- Generate leads through multiple mechanisms (e.g., workshops, cold visits)
- Provide complete sales funnel information in SFDC
- Define & Generate the right ratio of leads per month to overachieve Sales Goals
- All qualified leads and beyond entered into SFDC
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with five-plus years of capital equipment sales experience and/or strong business-to-business and/or medical device sales experience
- Fluent English
- Dermatology and/or other aesthetic sales experience is a plus
- Proven successful sales track record required with documented success
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with SalesForce.com or similar system preferred
Travel Requirements:
- This position will require business travel within or outside the country/region
