Title: Spotter Driver
Classification/Job Grade: Hourly

Department: UHT DC Warehouse
Supervised by: Supervisor
Job Summary:
As a spotter driver you will be responsible for moving trailers around the yard and backing them in and out of various dock doors. You will also assist with loading and unloading product and will keep daily yard inventories. Must be able to work outside in winter conditions.

Hours: 6p - 6a
Pay Rate: Starting at $18/hour $2 shift differential!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Must have a valid Driver’s license
- Ability to perform daily yard inventories of trailers available
- Check oil and belts on refrigerated trailers
- Move trailers in the yard and back them into open dock doors efficiently
- Ability to work in cold temperatures
- Assists in loading and unloading product
- Follows all company policies and procedures regarding GMPs, SOPs and Quality standards
- Effectively utilize time available to achieve results through prioritizing load out needs
- Maintains an air of professionalism and communicates effectively
- Demonstrates problem solving and decision making ability, as needed
- Must demonstrate proficiency in essential tasks of the job and a willingness to learn
- Other duties as assigned or required
