As an Accounting Coordinator you will:
- Create month-end JEs.
- Complete monthly account reconciliations, reporting package and dashboards.
-Enter Budgets and Forecast for specific Balance Sheet and P&L Lines.
- Track actual recoveries to budget and forecast for Team.
- Participate in meetings and initiatives related to financials for Profit Recovery.
- Respond to various ad-hoc inquiries, analyses and reporting requests.
- Automate and streamline month-end functions for simplicity.
Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 34.60
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications-1 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, specifically Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and working with large multiple data files
-1 years of experience with general ledger software and/or SAP
-1 years of experience with accounting concepts with the ability to reconcile and propose adjustments to accounts.
-1 years of experience with data analytics
Preferred Qualifications- Medium to advanced excel skills and knowledge of Sales Force and SAP a plus.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
-Uses knowledge/experience to solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
EducationAssociates degree or an equivalent work experience required
Accounting, Finance, Business Administration degree preferred
