Enterprise Procurement Consultant

Job Description
The CVS Health Enterprise Procurement department is a diverse and fully integrated team that collaborates to capture value, drive policy compliance and mitigate risk. As the Enterprise Procurement consultant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Supplier Management and Purchasing support for non-Merchandise Capital and Expense categories supporting Retail projects.
• Main project/supplier manager for the two CVS fixture warehouse locations
• Forecasting for approximately 2000 inventory items across 2 fixture warehouse locations using upcoming project schedules, past usage, and scope of work documents for all CVS retail projects.
• Review and Process Weekly Shipment billing journal entries for all fixture warehouse shipments.
• Demonstrate a high degree of analytical and problem solving skills
• Oversee approximately 400 chain wide distributions of new fixtures and signing throughout the year in conjunction with new planograms.
• Manage fixture warehouse project consolidation process with both warehouses and ensure both are following documented auditing processes and supplying weekly reporting to ensure deliveries are on time and shipping to the correct locations.
• Responsible for reporting inventory balances and working through any discrepancies with Finance to ensure the GL inventory balance is accurate
• Work with Store Operations and Pharmacy Operations on all matters regarding Field Manager Fixture requests including budget contingency planning, item availability evaluation, assisting with field inquiries, assigning field managers access to ordering portals, and managing the monthly fixture budget accounts and provide reporting where needed.
• Approving new, discontinued, and revised item requests and ensuring all needed information is supplied to us in order to manage items and projects
• Support Ad Hoc special projects for company-wide initiatives
• Collaborate with internal partners such as Construction, Program Management, Category Management, RISD, Marketing and Operations on projects, issue resolution and process improvements as it relates to the fixture warehouse and procurement processes.

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office Excel experience in either a professional or academic setting

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of Ariba, Tririga, and SAP/S4 a plus
• Innovative thinking - identifying patterns, connections and key issues in complex situations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage projects and make decisions on behalf of department
• Proven analytic abilities: research and data analysis, financial analysis, problem-solving

Education
• Bachelor's Degree or 1 year of equivalent work experience for every year degree not completed
