Job Description
The primary responsibilities of an Inventory Control Coordinator are the receipt, distribution, and maintenance of all pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products performed by entering the information in to the appropriate systems, preparing all items for distribution, placing them in the proper location on the filling floor, and cycle counting all inventoried items.
Hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 16.00
Maximum: 25.70
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
- Six months computer experience in a Windows based system.
- Three months of work experience in a pick/pack/ship environment
- One year experience in purchasing, receiving, and inventory control.
- One year computer experience in a Windows based system.
- Must be able to communicate effectively through basic reading and writing skills.
- Must be able to respond to inquiries from other locations or other internal/external customers.
- Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to daily inventory and distribution processes.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Solid organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and time management.
- Minimum of 3 months previous experience in an inventory/warehouse environment required. Health care industry experience preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, MS Word and Excel spreadsheets.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for several hours at a time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with the use of a hydraulic forklift preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and problem solving ability.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent math skills with emphasis on counting and conversions.
- Ability to lift 75lbs.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
- Office / warehouse environment with frequent use of a computer.
- Frequent standing and walking with some lifting.
