Position Summary
As a Warehouse Representative, you will…
-Ensures proper rotation and maintenance of inventory.
-Coordinate time schedules and distributes routes evenly, with pharmacy, nursing, and patient. Assigns additional routes as patient and referral requests are received.
-Backs up purchasing representative, dispatch coordination, and asset tracking.
-Performs general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and delivery vehicle, ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and Joint Commission requirements.
-Gathers supplies/equipment for patient orders in preparation for shipment/delivery. Coordinates equipment tracking procedures.
-Assists with inventory control, including purchasing, receiving, stocking, and recordkeeping.
-Documents supplies on Patient Delivery Record. Maintains delivery log of activities per policy and procedure.
-Retrieves and returns supplies and equipment, upon discharge from patient service. Cleans and processes returned equipment and supplies by policies and procedures.
-Participates in performance improvement activities as directed.
-Assists in training and orientation of new employees.
-Receives all incoming shipments and disseminates them to the appropriate person. Audits and monitors delivery productivity levels as developed by management staff.
-Handles all incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintains communication with delivery employees regarding equipment orders and patient problems. Transports and delivers medication supplies and equipment to patients safely and securely to prevent damage, spoilage, or loss of such items.
-Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Minimum one year warehouse experience.
Minimum one year customer service experience.
Minimum one year experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs
Preferred Qualifications
Previous healthcare warehouse experience
Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$16.00 - $25.70This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
