Position Summary

Responsible for the sales lead management program for internal and external local sales channels ultimately helping to achieve new sales goals in support of profitable growth.

Position Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collects results and analyzes performance metrics and other trend data (sales, membership, marketing, retention) providing reporting and information to market sales leaders with focus on identifying market gaps, opportunities, and risk mitigation.
  • Presents data to sales leaders in a manner that is a “call to action” strategy.
  • Provides market performance ROI data for lead programs and sales staff for broker mgr., incoming, and retention activities.
  • Closes sales leads utilizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Salesforce system to optimize and determine the most appropriate resources.
  • Ensures integrity of all data in the customer relationship/lead management system ensuring it is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
  • Ensures agent monitoring process is complete and data collected appropriately.

Required Qualifications

  • Lead Management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive – should be able to answer the needs of the market.
  • Predictive – identify future trends and provide solutions/options.
  • Valid Driver License and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel within 500 mile territory of Northern California.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with the Medicare population.
  • Any Language Proficiency as specified by the Local Market.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma 4 years relevant experience)

Licenses and Certifications: 

  • Active Health License & CMS Required Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire 

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$50,700.00 - $104,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
