Role and Responsibilities
Job Duties
- Perform administrative tasks to support the department
- Create and send out offer letters as needed
- Compile confidential company correspondence
- Assists with payroll
- Assists in daily scheduling and tracking
- Coordinates special projects and plan special events
- Assists with team recognition
- Creates excel spreadsheet
- Coordinates meetings, conferences and travel arrangements
- Ethics hotline intake
- Assists in the development and implementation of compliance programs for the organization.
- Assists in the monitoring of business activities for compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
- Ensures operating manuals and procedural documents stay current when regulations change.
- Responds to inquiries from regulatory agencies and completes required compliance documentation.
- Conduct investigations into potential fraud, waste, violation of the code of conduct, etc.
- Assist Director of Compliance and Human Resources to administer all processes and procedures and ensure working within regulation framework and develop and implement all policies and recommend ways to minimize risk.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist external auditors with audits within the organization.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Promote a strong code of ethics and integrity within the company's operations. This often includes implementing set plans and policies for employees to follow.
- Develop and maintain a training program for all employees to include building, delivering, and tracking required training.
Essential Duties

- Must be able to type and write numerous letters, while tracking what has been sent out
- Must be able to operate a computer-Excel and Microsoft especially
Qualifications and education requirements
- 2yr College Degree required, commensurate with experience
- Human Resources experience preferred
