Summary:
Responsible for driving sales into net new accounts via effective cold-calling and prospecting skills. Set appointments/conference calls with decision-makers with the goal of communicating our value proposition in order to identify opportunities for sales or buys. Generate sufficient activity and close business that results in achievement of assigned company goals.
What you'll be doing:
- Master the CXtec value proposition and an ability to convey our differentiation to prospects in a highly effective manner.
- Demonstrated ability to penetrate & close net new business on a regular basis.
- Understanding of the competitors in our industry.
- Effective cold-calling and prospecting skills, utilizing the telephone, social media, email, and networking to create opportunities to interact with IT decision-makers.
- Leverage internal resources to qualify, negotiate, and close deals. This includes Product Managers, Finance, Sales management and other resources that assist in deal closure.
- Map and cross-sell into the customer base. Identify decision-makers for all CX products and services and effectively increase share-of-wallet.
- Prepare timely and accurate forecast reports for management in order to accurately predict the performance of the business.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals.
- Execute on requests from Sales management or other members of the Leadership team.
- Assume additional responsibilities as required.
What we're looking for:

Bachelor’s degree.
- In lieu of degree, must have relevant industry experience.
- Proven and demonstrated ability in net new account acquisition and outbound cold-calling experience.
- 2 years of industry experience, specifically in sales.
- Ability to maintain positive attitude, persistence and resiliency when faced with challenges.
- Display passion and creativity.
- Must be coachable and be able to apply new concepts quickly.
- Engaging individual with excellent phone communication skills, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to speak with IT professionals, including CEOs, VP’s and Directors and ask thought-provoking questions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment.
- Proficient in MS Office.
