What You Will Be Doing

As a BIM Specialist, you will be creating 3D models for projects, streamlining workflow processes, and collaborating with other teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You will help to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Job duties include...

• Converting sketches or graphical output from analytical software to 3D models
• Organizing construction documents for moderately complex projects
• Selecting and modifying standard details, develop non-standard details based on engineers direction
• Reading drawings of other disciplines, coordinating structural drawings with other disciplines for moderately complex projects
• Checking drawings for completeness and accuracy, obtaining additional information at engineers direction
• Coordinating submittal documentation and plotting requirements prior to deadlines

Competitive base compensation from $55,000 - $70,000/yr (based on experience)

What You Need for this Position

Associates Degree preferred

• Any certifications or additional training in the field will be considered a plus.
  
  

At least 1 years of experience of design, drafting, and modeling.

• Revit, MS Office, Bluebeam, Rhino, and AutoCAD.
