The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and experience in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end close process and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial statements
- Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Enforce adherence to GAAP standards
- Prepare financial reports for internal and external use
- Manage and develop internal financial controls
- Provide guidance and support to accounting team members
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting
- Experience in financial services industry
- Insurance knowledge a plus
