Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve global sales targets for the OEM division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners in the manufacturing sector.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness and profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in OEM or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of key account management principles and practices.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing a diverse sales team.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industrial manufacturing space.
- Familiarity with HVAC, vacuum, and air compressor industries is a plus.
