Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to manage and enhance software systems, databases, and applications
- Lead the implementation of new software, updates, and upgrades
- Identify, analyze, and document business requirements and processes
- Define user roles, access rights, and security measures
- Develop data models, data architecture, and data flows
- Develop and maintain NetSuite configurations, customizations, and integrations
- Design and develop custom scripts using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk
- Manage system administration tasks, such as user provisioning, csv imports, analytics and scheduling scripts
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet business needs
- Identify opportunities to increase system efficiency and reliability
- Provide end-user support and training
- Communicate with stakeholders to define functional requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 7 years of related experience in software development, system administration, and business analysis
- Deep knowledge of NetSuite administration and customization
- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SQL
- Experience with user provisioning, csv imports, analytics and scheduling scripts
- Strong database experience and data analytics skills
- Excellent reporting, problem solving, and organizational skills
