Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize mechanical projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and resources while adhering to quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and procurement.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize project management software and tools for documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or mechanical industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam and Procore is a plus.
