Job Title: Estimator (Roofing)
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid 2 days a week after training completed)

Requirements: 5 years with Roof Estimating (Tile, Shingle, Built-up, Single-Ply); Bilingual (Spanish and English); Bidding
Position Overview
We are a well-known construction company that has been around for 30 years in Southern California and specializes in services to homeowner associations roofing services.
We recently are looking for Estimator with roofing experience. This position is responsible for bidding roofing projects, including reroof, leaks, repairs, and maintenance. Duties will include daily estimating, reviewing estimates with sales team, asking for pricing from distributors for current estimates, and assisting sales with questions from our clients on the phone, email, onsite, and at board meetings. Expertise in roofing estimation, knowledge of materials and labor costs, and ability to effectively communicate with clients will play a crucial role in the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates for roofing projects, including reroofing, repairs, and maintenance.
- Prepare and submit bids to clients in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with sales team to review potential projects and provide input on pricing and feasibility.
- Communicate with homeowners associations and other clients to gather necessary information and address any concerns or questions.
- Ensure all estimates and bids comply with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Fluently communicate with clients in English and Spanish.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing estimation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of roofing materials and labor costs.
- Experience working with homeowners associations and other clients.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using computer software and programs for estimating and bidding.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
