Lead Estimator

We're actively adding a Lead Estimator to our Space Coast office with our growing general contracting firm that's expanding our focus in Brevard county.

We've been in business for 40 years here in FL and have multiple offices across the Central & South FL. Our projects focus on offices, municipal, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, educational, auto dealerships & aerospace.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for all design stages: Conceptual, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents
• As lead estimator, manages the estimating team in the assembly and submission of bids to clients
• Develop bid packages including; front end documents, scopes of work, bid breakdown forms, site logistics, project schedule
• Single Project Capacity; $10 - 50 million
  
  

Education & Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years related experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration or Civil Engineering
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam and Timberline estimating required
