We are looking for an experienced Multi-Family Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction of multi-family projects involving residential high-rise buildings. They should be able to coordinate the activities of all trades and sub-contractors, and ensure the projects are completed on-time and in-budget.

- Position Overview: Multi-Family Superintendent
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Lead and manage all aspects of multi-family residential projects, from ground up.
- Plan and manage all stages of the construction process.
- Review and approve project proposals.
- Ensure all trade partners, contractors, and subcontractors are meeting expectations and all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Ensure safety regulations and practices are being followed by all construction team members.
- Maintain records of all project documents.
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in multi-family construction, including high-rise residential.
- Experience with WRAP projects and ground up construction.
- Excellent understanding of all construction trades.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other related computer programs.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
