We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our Packaging team in our Manufacturing company. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team and ensure that production goals are met. The successful candidate should have great leadership skills, as well as the ability to motivate and mentor team members.

As Production Supervisor, you will set production goals and ensure that they are met, provide guidance and supervision to team members, and identify potential workflow issues and recommend solutions. Additionally, you will ensure that safety protocols are followed, and establish quality standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- EXPERIENCE WITH chemical processes
- Experience with leading 10 people
- Experience with automated machinery
- Competitive Base Salary $65,000 - $75,000 Annually. (Depending on experience)
