Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee projects for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The primary objective of this role is to ensure the successful completion of projects within the medical, healthcare, construction, and facilities sectors while adhering to federal guidelines and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with federal and government regulations, including DoD and NAVFAC.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders at all levels.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
- Utilize Procore project management software to track and manage project progress.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as engineering or construction management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Project Management on USACE Projects
- Experience managing projects for the USACE, Army Corp Engineers, or other federal agencies.
- Knowledge of medical, healthcare, construction, and facilities projects, including ground-up construction.
- Experience in senior project management or leadership roles.
- Proficient in Procore project management software.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with federal regulations and government contracting requirements.
