We are looking for a project manager with 5 years experience managing construction projects in the 1-5 million dollar range with skills in estimating and construction management.
What You Will Be Doing
The Project Management Roles oversee all aspects of construction projects assigned. These positions require driven and conscientious professionals who are able to thoughtfully manage client needs while producing quality results. To be successful, the individuals must possess proven quantity takeoff skills for multiple divisions, show the ability to accurately understand detailed project requirements, have a track record for meeting or exceeding schedule and budgetary requirements, and enjoy the responsibility of developing and maintain long standing client and vendor relations. These positions require previous experience managing projects that have a component of self-performed work.
Project Managers are supported by administrative and assistant project management personnel and reports into Executive level Project Managers. This allows for Project Managers to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Senior Project Management Role also provides oversight to projects assigned to junior staff members.
