What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing or similar field
- 3 years of manufacturing quality assurance professional experience
- Experience with quality assurance, product safety, product quality, health & safety compliance, usda/fda regulations, OSHA, HACCP, SQF, food sanitation, and more
- Overseeing a team of 3 quality assurance technicians
- Leadership and communication skills
- Experience as a Quality Assurance Lead, Supervisor or Manager
- Experience or desire to work in the food & beverage industry
