Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality assurance systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities for process and product improvement.
- Monitor and analyze test data and present findings to management.
- Ensure process and product documentation is updated.
- Develop and maintain inspection procedures.
- Identify and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback.
- Participate in customer and supplier meetings.
- Mentor and train personnel on quality related topics.
- A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, Math or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Quality role in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with CMM, Six Sigma, and Certified Quality Engineer.
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Salary: $70k - $95k
