We are a privately owned construction company that is looking for a Senior Project Manager to help us with our large high-rise projects in the Miami area. We have confirmed won projects in the Miami area up to 2025 and are working on large 100 million dollar projects in Brickley and other areas in Miami.

What You Will Be Doing Senior Project Managers are the primary on-site administrative leaders who work in concert with Owners, Design Partners, and Subcontractors to ensure that all work complies with project requirements including quality, schedule, and budget. They work in conjunction with their staff to oversee day-to-day contract administration including subcontract negotiations, review and processing of change requests, processing of monthly monetary draws, final review of shop drawings, procurement, commissioning, and weekly job site coordination meetings.
What You Need for this Position 3 years of Senior Project Management experience on large commercial High Rise Projects or Mixed House or Luxury High Rises
- Strong knowledge of managing type 1 construction projects
- Preferred Degree in construction management or engineering
- Strong Construction applications skills for construction software use
