Job Title: Senior Project Manager or Project Manager

Job Location: Mobile, AL

Salary: $130k-$160k

Requirements: 5 Years Experience as a Project Manager for other General Contractors experience on projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Healthcare/Medical, Industrial, etc.

This is a full time/permanent position with a well established / leading general contractor. They have a wide range of projects spanning across commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, etc. The majority of the projects are ground-up ranging from $5M - $30M some TIs. They are currently hiring for an experienced project manager who will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
• Develop and execute contracts with project owners and subcontractors in accordance with project scope
• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or changes as they arise
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  
  

What You Need for this Position

• 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Construction projects related to one or more of the following: Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, etc.
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
• BS in Construction Management (or related) is a plus but not required
