- Interact with existing and potential clients to provide compliance, consulting, and planning services
- Develop and mentor tax staff
- Review of basic and intermediate individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns prepared by tax staff
- Preparation of complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Research fundamental tax issues using online tools
- Possess an understanding of small business accounting and payroll
- Review of property tax returns as needed
- Perform other essential duties as needed
- Growth to Shareholder within 1-3 years
- Participation in incentive program
