What You Will Be Doing

The Service Director is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the service operations within the company, focusing on sales and marketing strategies specifically in the fire sprinkler industry. This role aims to enhance customer satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and lead a dynamic team of service professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to increase service revenue.
• Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and quality of service delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of service managers and technicians, promoting professional development and performance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the fire sprinkler industry.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for service enhancement.
• Prepare and manage the service department budget, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on service performance metrics, implementing improvements as necessary.
