Leading the way in commercial tenant improvement in San Francisco, we are a General Contractor located in South SF. We have a focus in Life Sciences, Law Firms, Class A Office Buildings, Mixed-use and Healthcare throughout the bay area to name a few. We are looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent to our main projects downtown. If this sounds like a fit, read on!
What You Will Be Doing
- Commercial Tenant Improvement
- Life Sciences, Law firms, Class A Builds
- Managing the job site
- Scheduling, staffing, site work/builds
What You Need for this Position
- 3 years of experience as a Superintendent
- HS Diploma
- Class A Builds
- Life Science exp a plus
