Located in San Francisco, CA we provide business checking, business lending and personal banking services to underserved groups in the Mission District and surrounding neighborhoods in the San Francisco Bay Area, including minority owned small businesses and niche retailers. What You Will Be Doing
You should have:
3-5 years of experience with computer systems support, server installation and support, network administration, network installation, and configuration
Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
Active Directory, Windows Servers, Desktop support/service
Experience installing software, patches, and updates on desktops, Laptops, and Servers
You will be that added support when it comes to technical issues (software/hardware related)
Having Fiserv experience is a huge plus, but not required
We are looking for someone with this experience, but also want you to be a team player! Being a small bank with a small team, we work best with people who are open minded, eager to learn, and have excellent communication and verbal skills. What matters most to us is that you understand that there will be times of busyness, times you might have to stay after hours, or a weekend every blue moon. Bachelor's Degree preferred - not required
