What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Coordinator position at Cyberwoven?

Who are we looking for?

The Account Coordinator supports a portfolio of clients in partnership with the Client Services team. The Ideal candidate understands urgency of deadline; continually strives to meet or exceed expectations in all aspects of your role, from supporting client accounts to proactively contributing and collaborating with the team.

Core Duties:

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with the Account Management Team and the broader Cyberwoven production team.
  • Focus on solid client relationships by providing timely and thoughtful responses to needs and continued proactive approach to day-to-day demands.
  • Develop and share a clear understanding of client brands, goals and customers.

Account Support:

  • Serve as a secondary point of contact and maintain a healthy working relationship with portfolio.
  • Responsible for managing, supporting and servicing select accounts.
  • Support Account Management Team in planning, executing and monitoring opportunities for growth, meetings with clients, project tracking and client deliverables.
  • Create and maintain project and service planning documents and schedules.
  • Support the development of proposals for work being recommended to clients.
  • Participate in the preparation of materials for planning, meetings, and presentations.
  • Facilitate the accurate and timely implementation of maintenance items requested by clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 0-3 years of experience
  • Positive attitude and ability to challenge yourself and team members to deliver innovative work.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem solving and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple teams.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines.
