Requirements:

• Preferred: 2 years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience

• Preferred: 2 years of previous management or supervisory experience 

• Passion for fitness and helping others

• Social presence (Facebook and Instagram)

• High Energy

• Superb Communication skills

• Solution-based, Results-oriented, Competitive spirit

Details:

The Studio Manager will oversee all studio functionality from driving sales to studio operations with opportunity for future growth.

• Member growth through membership sales

• Oversee studio team and schedule

• Lead generation including GrassRoots Marketing and Networking

• Deliver 5 star experience

• Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members. 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Studio

• Acquisition of new members and the retention of existing members

• Strategic outreach, for securing first time rider/lead flow

Compensation & Benefits:

• Yearly base salary $40,000  

• Yearly achievable salary bumps up to $27,500 

• Monthly Bonuses

• Monthly Commission

• Potential to teach 2 compensated classes per week based on performance
